Here are a few stretches that can be completed for neck group of muscles:
1. Head Side Bend: (To stretch along side of neck)
• Bend your neck gently to one side
• Relax your shoulders
• Use light support from hand, if needed
• Hold position for 30 seconds
2. Head Front Bend: (To stretch the back of neck)
• Let your head hang forward, towards your chest
• Relax your shoulders
• Use light support from hand, if needed
• Hold position for 30 seconds
3. Neck extension: (To stretch the front of neck)
• Move your head backwards looking at the roof
• Relax your shoulders
• Use light support from hand, if needed
• Hold position for 30 seconds
